Agrii’s electric fleet continues to grow

Agrii, which delivers unrivalled expertise and support for sustainable and profitable farming systems in the UK, continues to reduce its vehicle emissions through the expansion of its plug-in hybrid and battery electric vehicle fleet.

A longstanding customer of Grosvenor Leasing, Agrii has been working closely with Grosvenor’s 0Zone team in its desire to move to zero emission motoring.

The photo shows a fully electric Renault Zoe E-Tech, one of Agrii’s latest batch of electric car deliveries in full company livery – a real showcase for Agrii’s environmental credentials.

With a further twenty Maxus full electric vans on order, and more plug-in hybrid and battery electric cars and vans planned, their ultra-low emission fleet continues to grow.

“We’re delighted to be supporting Agrii with the leasing and management of their ultra-low emission and electric vehicles,” says Mary Dopson-Taylor, Grosvenor Leasing’s customer services director.

“They have a very clear vision for their zero emission future driving and we have been very proud to support them with advice on many of the factors that underpin the move to alternative fuels.

“By moving to plug-in hybrid and battery electric cars, there are also important savings due to the lower Class I National Insurance and the very attractive benefit in kind (BIK) tax for drivers of sub 50gm/km cars.”
