EV Driver Education And Support

The move to electric vehicles is a very big cultural shift for us all.

As such, drivers considering their first plug-in hybrid or fully electric vehicle typically need a lot of support to answer their questions and guide them through the process.

Our 0Zone team recognises this, and will work with you to support and educate drivers in every way possible.

To give examples of the type of support we can offer:

  • Information packs and frequently asked question booklets
  • Driver workshops – in person or via Teams/Zoom
  • Support with internal communications – for example, to promote and advise drivers of a new ULEV/EV company car choice list, or the launch of a Salary Sacrifice Scheme.
  • A dedicated team just a phone call or email away to answer your drivers’ questions.

The Grosvenor Group has always prided itself on not using automated telephone queuing systems or voice mail. We have a reputation for building close relationships with customers and their drivers on first name terms. Drivers needing support talk to the same friendly and knowledgeable 0Zone team each time.
